    yes it was all going quite well till he said May 2024- not sure if as Treasurer he needs cabinet approval to delay it til the next budget- the PM was talking 'now' before he left for China - seven months away is not 'now'- and then in May 24 it will an announcement that changes will kick in after the election- and on it goes- too slow- too cautious- disappointing
