I share the sentiment. I asked the question ahead of the AGM and DC did answer it saying likely next year for BOA although he made the reference to price. Dec will be interesting when the restrictions comes into play and we see how china responds to the permits being submitted and what criteria they use.

It’s a contradiction in saying they are focusing on getting to construction asap when they are happy to delay BOA due to price - which I fully get and support the reasoning. I almost got the sense that they could proceed with construction without BOA although never heard of this approach before.
