I'm finding to hard to decide if i am happy or upset with the AGM if i'm honest.

In the back of my mind there has been a worry that a massive capital raising was coming, so to have that taken off the table i think is a big win.

But then you have the BOA, the fact that we are down to just price being the issue is a good thing, however that we cannot agree on a price is a bad thing. The feeling i got from the AGM is that we are happy just to wait for the graphite price to rise, so this means our BOA will be later than planned, which in turns pushes out the FID, which then pushes out Construction. This is not a good thing.

I can't help but feel we may now be a takeover target, if i was one of the offtakers and i couldn't agree a price, i would totally be considering that it may be easier to just buy the company instead. Especially with an MC like ours, with a hundred million in the bank.
