I believe DC is the opposite of what you state, williams.
He is very decisive, and that is why we are where we are, sitting in the box seat. He could have made many indecisive decisions which would not have been in the companies, or shareholders best interests, but he hasn't.
Of course we would all like quicker progress, but IMO the immature critical minerals market is our over-lord at the moment. Patience, and lots of it are required.
