Trek it... nothing good comes from the easy option.
The 'getting sick up there' is mostly because people dont climatise to the altitude; my advice would be spend some time in and around altitude before embarking on the trek and you should be mostly fine... (worth noting altitude can play on each individual differently!).
Now back to RNU, breakeven down, no news, still hold, bright future imo dyor etc etc etc.
