The outlook for RNU is in the order of years. You don't setup a company like this overnight. The SP will go up, the SP will go down, it wont be going high for a while. If that pill is hard to swallow then you probably either need to exit the next chance you get or step away from the screen for a while and stop watching the daily. You are just going to get yourself tied up in an emotional heap otherwise.

Stage 2 is where the meat is, getting through Stage 1 is obviously a big hurdle in and of itself but it will get here. The SP will follow as the company develops. Patience is key and there is nothing that DC or anything that the board has done to suggest things are dire.

That's the same philosophy as how the Board determines DC's entitlement to performance rights - there's no timeframe for him to meet just keep issuing him performance shares, it's a long term play!
