A while back [early last year] I spoke to an ex employee of RNU and he said that although he was very confident the the mine would ultimately be a success the management style of DC would probably cause delays in getting it built and into production ,he indicated that he felt that DC erred on the side of caution when spending money to progress the site along and this led to unnecessary delays and hold ups and unfortunately this was leading to an in construction costs,cheers
