Let’s face it for those with a bit of cash to still throw at RNU this is absolute bargain territory anywhere under 10 cents. We are betting on some kind of sector recovery and unless the RNU storey becomes a complete disaster we won’t remember or care if we bought in the 7s, 8s or 9s. I have some major losses in my portfolio and sold out of some shares taking a 70% plus loss to help me average down with RNU. All said and done I still think RNU has the best risk / reward ratio to claw back some lost money when the sector turns. If it doesn’t turn then those stocks I’d sold this morning will still be down the gurgler together with RNU. We could still drift lower, this could be a dead cat bounce or the bottom could be in. Anyone claiming to really know where to from here is delusional.
