Synthetic costs about 5x as much and requires lots of energy (usually not green energy).
So there are 2 reasons why natural graphite will be the go to product for the near future, ESG and more importantly cost.
Plus a bonus reason for Siviour - it's outside the China supply chain. This is a strategic reason for the West.
