DC has definitely undertaken things in a logical and methodical manner in the past, as opposed to some other ASX companies, so I agree with you this would be a very illogical step.
It was just the large SP increase that got me thinking.
If more cash is needed it ONLY makes sense to do it on conjunction with OTA announcement.
