They have some oil locations but they don't refine oil > https://www.shell.com/what-we-do/oil-and-natural-gas/shale-oil-and-gas.html

They have sold all the refineries. I believe they have one left that refines oil. They find some oil and get other companies to refine and sell under shell brand.

Their main concentration now is using Floating Liquid Gas Drill rigs that can be moved once they find a new source of LNG. They believe its much cheaper to be able to move the drill rig than to build the infrastructure over and over again on land.

Even Mobil in Altona no longer refines

they won’t stop drilling for oil though they’re just adding more gas to their portfolio
