I was involved in a meeting with another CEO Today, and Govt. Finance come up.
He said, that it was a Loan, at commercial rates.
The only advantage was, They could get 7 - 8 Year Payback period, where normal Loan lengths, were 5 Years. Plus the Govt, were a little bit easier to get on with, if there is a problem.
The only times, when special rates are given, is if it is in the "National Interest".
