What if the info you seek is commercially sensitive infomation? Or if its in sharehodlers interests to not have it disclosed publically assuming its legally ok to refrain under disclsure laws (which i think give enough awy as it is at times..)?
I would rather no comms if the comms will give away any advantage we might have to negotiate better outcomes, or more so, that our partners are not able to negotiate a better outcome for them at our expense..
