I met a baker or a butcher on the weekend at a wedding. Got talking with him, he had made the best sausage rolls in all of Australia. I asked him about the meat he uses, he was puzzled and said his sausage rolls were all made from flour, water and eggs and doesn’t use sausage meat. I’ve got a shitload invested in sausage meat mines but definitely loosing faith.
The moral of the storey is don’t invest in something you know nothing about or havnt researched - personally I love sausage rolls
