They will be back in after the company making news flow and the inevitable retail pile on and subsequent sp rise ....offtake/construction commencement etc. as it will be a while to fine tune plant, reach name plate capacity turn a profit etc.
That will be the point at which long termers sell out, or you hold on for a few years until dividends are declared etc. in my view.
