I agree it would be good to hear directly from RNU management regarding the differences in conditions for the loan agreement. Any improvement in terms is a positive so let’s hear some details pls. Understand if commmercial sensitivities preclude this but perhaps just say this, that you can’t or won’t go into meticulous detail on the proposed terms. Some comms like this would suffice.
Separately though and not to distract from your point I would suggest that we shareholders are not owners of the assets, but owners of the company that owns those assets. There is a distinct difference there.
