If RNU want the $185m loan from the Fed Gov then they will not be selling to China- if they want to sell to China they will have to find alternative funding- maybe from China- the MOU's referred to have absolutely no value at all- none of the three attendees who have joined the party have signed any BOA's as yet- Posco have signed up for synthetic graphite from China and have a 20% stake in BKT(Tanzania)- nothing from the other two- so not a very good party so far- on a more positive note - something has to give soon- needs to be BOA's though
