    Who does it give jobs to exactly? You realise we have incredibly low unemployment at the moment... its a zero-sum case of procuring people who already have jobs somewhere else (and probably already over-capacity bottlenecking another project) and paying them more... "creating jobs" is a lazy political cliche with out any economic truth behind it.
