    From the ann dated 29-02-2004 and titled Electricity Infrastructure Upgrades Commissioned for Siviour

    "Renascor enters connection agreement with SA Power Networks to upgrade the existing electrical distribution network for proposed Siviour mine and processing plant"

    Personally - I think the decision has been informally made as they are spending $$$ on long lead items. BOA would be the next item I would like to see - the FID is a mere formality IMO ..........
