To back up the firms advice, released just hours ago, the Australian government has released its National Battery Strategy, aiming to make Australia competitive in producing batteries:

In short: Half a billion dollars has been committed to encouraging battery production, but how that money will be used is still being determined even though the scheme will start 1 July, 2024.
The government is consulting with industry.
There is no other graphite-ready Aussie player with a large Aussie asset but RNU.
