Dunno Donny, I'm skeptical on this.

Can you imagine a defense force that can't fight because their batteries are flat and need multiple hours to charge? Or the infrastructure needed in the field to support them? I suspect if anything there will be a hybrid type technology for certain vehicles, a bit like current diesel subs where they have a certain amount of battery capacity to run silent. I can see it for small drones but larger vehicles atm just wouldn't have the endurance needed. Also, Li fires are just about uncontrollable, how would that work in something that's being shot at?
