I think the wording here is positive and indicates further funding to RNU under the critical minerals facility (in addition to the $185m).

I also believe that to be the case and it could be significant, would be great if we could get Downstream and Upstream in tandem. That being the case I do not believe we would need the BOA’s in place as they will need to come to us regardless as the prices will have to improve and the world needs our Graphite, by the timer we are ready for production…….!
