I have to disagree Waldemere.
If we construct the mine without a BOA we change from a profitable business with permits/funding and a large resource to a miner that must have income (sales) to survive without going broke. This will
force us to accept any sales agreement to stay afloat.
I think the only current option is to negotiate a BOA with a significant downstream coy that will account for enough product to sustain the mine in the medium term and allow us to find fill in buyers until we can construct our downstream plant (which will also require BOA of its own) to take mined product.
So imo a stalemate until a BOA is signed - but...... I also think an agreement is imminent with the global political games being played atm. I think this year will see us sign something and I continue to accumulate at these prices.
