To further respond to @Novacastrien. Shovel-ready is a phrase used to describe how advanced a project is to development stage. In the case of the Siviour Project, we have the land acquisition process completed, all necessary governmental licenses which includes the final part of the licence, the PEPR (program for environment protection and rehabilitation) and other lead time such as power have been activated for the mine and concentrates facility. Additionally, funds and support loans are in place.

It will soon be our multinationals' who need to seize the moment. That is the area in which our resource is competitive. To help us break free from the Chinese-dominated supply chain decisions will need to be made within months.
