Is Canada a Tier1 Jurisdiction? What is Tier1 exactly in your mind? Stable, democratic, free market economies included?
What about Leliyn Graphite Project in the Northern Territory which isn't included in that list? They're here in Oz in NT and may become a competitor.
And what is your problem exactly? You think RNU has no competitors at all? Are you high? What exactly is it that you want to pick a fight over? Do you think the post i was answering is correct and RNU is "Riskless"?
