IMO, the very "aggressive" nature of the selling does not correspond with a person/institution selling out. If you were selling out, you wouldn't aggressively sell to force the share price down so much that you get less for the remaining shares. You would "trickle" out the sale of the shares. You aggressively sell only if you had some "information" you feel might cause the price to fall (which is illegal) or you are trying to short sell to scare people and cause the share price to fall further for you to buy back !
