Just because other companies not in a secure position like RNU are willing to settle for less than they are likely worth, does not mean that indicates anything has gone wrong.
POSCO is a behemoth company, its not going to ignore RNU because DC maybe playing hard to get compared to counterparts in entirely different jurisdictions with completely different circumstances.
