    My point being that Posco entered into a strategic alliance agreement with RNU over three years ago (
    when graphite prices were reasonable) and nothing has happened- they do not seem interested in securing our supply and could have made a TO using their loose change- now looking at Central Asia- so imo something has gone wrong- time will tell
