What we really need is confirmation of construction as that would signify to the market we are proceeding ahead. This will then re-rate the SP as the company will be valued with a P/E metric, right now its still being valued at an NPV valuation, which means the market is not yet convinced this company is going ahead to production.
Even if we get an P/E metric of say 4, that would re-rate this stock into the 30c area re-testing ATH. Perhaps a perfect exit off ramp....
