Agreed. The reality of here n now is who has the ability and desire/motivation to start anode manufacture soon. I think alot hinges on us and eur import restrictions and tarrifs.
Also agree with wait n see. In the mean time it's worthwhile considering the devils advocate perspectives for balance, which is all it is until time shows otherwise.
