    Unfortunately from the latest BMI report USPG prices are down while coarse flake prices are up.

    I am glad DC changed the flowsheet back in the 17 January announcement to produce 27% coarse flake which will partially help offset the decline in the main business' pricing. I am afraid this will continue to delay FID until USPG prices begin to recover. Meanwhile, coarse flake producers will continue to supply Posco & others with their fine flake by product.
