Trumps political platform is literally America first, he wont scrap the IRA, if anything he is more likely to impose even more restrictions on China. Don't let your biases against the man cloud judgement on his actual foreign and domestic policy positions.
As far as I see it in regards to Graphite and Critical Minerals, we win either way regardless of who sits in the White House.
