one downside (disappointing may be a better word) of RNU is that the company/directors don't have much skin in the game at all.
This is an unrealistic example, but look at a stock like MAD. Luke currently owns 52% of the shares and that's after selling a bunch just last month. Don't think their SOI has increased since inception either.
Bill owning 18% of DVP might be a more suitable example. Bloke stumps up which gives all investors confidence.
