    DC does have 30M shares or so, while he probably got most of them for nothing, it is still a sizeable investment in the company and hopefully suitable incentive to maximise share price at some point in the future. Meanwhile I am sure he is happy with his sizeable paycheque. All said, I am hopeful it will be worth it for all shareholders soon enough. time will tell
