    RNU likely going to do better than most through this.

    Already secured a huge amount of funding before credit got tight, cash in the bank. Gonna be really hard for any project to get off the ground in next 12 months.

    Government loan may have a nicer interest rate attached if rates get driven down.

    Recovery stimulus will be through future tech, EVs and critical minerals.
