    in my opinion something has soured with Posco or if I was being generous I would merely say they were never able to secure a deal- Posco have been on the radar for some time- and when graphite prices were good no deal was able to be done- for reasons unknown- that may change on August the 14th when Korea announce who has done deals with who- Hanwa and Mitsubishi- same outcome
