On a separate note as another poster mentioned the SYR situation is starting to look grim and I am wondering if it could topple over. Their management really are between a rock and a hard place. Making DC look like a genius raising $185m cash when he did.

This really highlights the risks for projects not in tier 1 jurisdictions. The risk free rate rose faster and higher than any time in history and that instantly repriced values of every asset in the world.

Shorters have taken control and they can see what’s happening so continue to put further pressure on the SP.

Keep an eye on how that plays out.
