Yup feels similar to the LRS deal where PLS acquired them at long term lows, bkt is giving up equity at rock bottom valuations n graphite prices.
i think we are also looking for a round of investment but we can wait it out a little for the long awaited, hopefully eventuated 2025 graphite deficit and price recovery.
