Putting 2 and 2 together.... we have RNU saying that their plan is to build the PSG plant at Bolivar as well as the mine over 2025*, we have the Korean government creating a funding pool.... I speculated a few months back that i though RNU was heading not just towards BOAs for concentrate, but towards a 'super' announcement that will include POSCO (and probably Hanwa) taking an equity stake in exchange for them funding the build of the PSG plant at Bolivar as well.
The only downside i see, is that i suspect they will wait for the Bolivar approvals to come through before we hear anything, roll on the public submission phase ending on the 27th. Surely their won't be too many objectors to a factory being built next to the sh*t processing plant!
*it also says it will be done in CY2024, but i suspect that is either a typo or the word "starting" is missing, as the graph clearly shows it being done over 2025.
