I am totally with you on this.

DC selling the farm at these levels would be substantially destructive of current shareholders value IMO.

Why would he do this? Only if he had no other choices.
I am of the opinion that he does have other choices and if you take a look at what is occurring at the moment with all this anti China motivation plus the massive US and Australian government support for this, you have to believe there will be other options available to the BOD.

A reminder of DC's response to me in September 2022 following the POSCO ASX announcement when I asked if we were tied in to raise at 10c or if there was room for movement on the raise price:

"POSCOmay make an equity proposal based on the value of Renascor immediately prior tothe execution on our MOU with POSCO. There is no obligation on our side,and we will be guided by doing what is in the best interest of ourshareholders."

Since that time DC has had a number of overseas trips with Ms King and the Australian Government has substantially raised their support of home grown projects getting to market and KEEPING them homegrown.
