aaaand confirmation, the Chinese really aren't interested in what the US throws - it's aims are global and the IRA will likely have minimal impact on China but will serve to shore up local (western) manufacture. For that manufacture to succeed, it still needs to be cost competitive with China globally otherwise we end up in the same old situation where local manufacturers/producers fail and shut doors. I still do not believe the IRA is all its cut out to be LT.
