Excellent post and analysis. Thank you for writing all of that. One thing clear to me, from a macro perspective, is how much effort the US, Canada and EU is putting into applying tarrifs to Chinese hard commodities (such as steel and aluminium) and electric vehicles. Hardly a day goes buy without Google suggesting another such article to me.

RNU at 8 cents is incredible buying in my opinion given the tailwinds, the size of our deposit, and being in the first quartile of costs. I've recently added more.

For interstate friends as an aside regarding Bolivar, its name has historically been synonymous with a sewerage treatment plant. You'd know when you were driving near/past Bolivar by the smell. The name in SA has become a little like the literal place "Bedlam" in the UK becoming synonymous in the 1800s with an insane asylum. To the extent that residents from the part of Bolivar closest to the Adelaide metropolitan part of Salisbury council area, petitioned the council a few years ago, and subsequently changed its name to Globe Derby Park (from the harness racing track there). *Nobody* wanted to be associated with living at Bolivar. It affected house prices and was generally an embarrassment. Thus, Globe Derby Park became a suburb to disassociate itself from Bolivar. I certainly wouldn't want to live there.

I write this in the context of our application. Bolivar is a perfect location for our plant as it's close to Port Adelaide, away from residential housing, and in a direct line of travel from the Sciviour. In terms of our application being approved, we couldn't have chosen a better location than Bolivar. I can't see any reason for anyone to object to its construction. I've personally written to the council to encourage speedy approval.
