Not disputing it is happening but the big oil companies still have a vice grip on the nuts of govt. There is no way our economy can function as is until they can replace fuel excise.

• Coincidentally Nova and Williams11 I live one house from the beach in Caloundra (Golden Beach). If you drive along the Esplanade down the end you will see the new houses are built on a 2m high slab. I don't think the banks would be lending money for a non compliant new build and the insurance companies would just laugh in your face!
