    No, the original bid works out about $8.6 Aussie. That was not confirmed until after trading yesterday.

    How the F can they just accept the offer and not hold out for counter bids. If this goes through and you know they did their best for shareholders so be it. But this smells like management purely looking after themselves.

    Would love to see a counter offer.
