I've speculated before that i think we are heading towards a 'super announcement' that we are going to build both the mine and Bolivar plant at the same time. If I'm right, I think we are awaiting for the approvals to build Bolivar to come through first before we hear anything. DC doesn't seem the sort to make a big announcement that we are doing something without having the approvals line up first. Next cab off the rank for the Bolivar approvals is for RNU to submit the 'Response Document'.

I also think that the ducks have been lined up quietly in the background already, we are just waiting for the approval to build before we announce them. By ducks, i mean BOAs, grants, equity stakes, everything that is needed to hit the green 'GO' button.
