Sounds good mate. Their automotive industry is reasonably large, then there's the motorbikes, solar; batteries makes sense for them to manufacture. I guess they would be on par costs wise with Cn and probably a little more palatable with the west. However their Nickel industry really damaged a lot of western producers over last couple years.
I'd never really thought about Indonesia as an manufacturing option so did a little bit of research, here's an interesting tit bit I found. They do not appear to have any trade agreements with the US or a fair bit of Eu but do have with Australia and maybe importantly Korea. One concern is who would actually own the manufacturing companies - China as per their Nickel industry (AFAIK)? I'm really trying to figure out how they would fit in globally considering the trade barriers in place between most of west and Cn and if this is just a backdoor attempt from Cn.
Either way, it's the first for a while I'm hearing about manufacturers specifically/openly stating they want Graphite.

Indonesia is a party to the region-wide Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Free Trade Area. ASEAN, and by extension Indonesia, also has preferential trade agreements with Australia, China, Hong Kong India, Japan, Korea, and New Zealand and concluded text-based negotiations of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership in November 2019. Indonesia has signed bilateral free trade agreements (FTAs) with Australia, Chile, Mozambique, as well as with Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland under the European Free Trade Association, but as of the end of 2019, none of these FTAs are yet in force except with Chile. Indonesia recently concluded negotiations with Korea on a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Indonesia is negotiating other FTAs with the European Union (EU), India, Tunisia, and Turkey as well as reviewing its trade agreements with Japan and Pakistan.
