Value of land and company is stupidly cheap now, not many sellers, not sure how many are legit.
SP is being manipulated down with the algos, since there's no shorts out, the only reasoning would be accumulation of shares. Frustrated (rightly) retail shareholders are selling (sadly). Saw the same practice few yrs ago when we go pushed down to 6-7c range. Alot has changed, alot more cash in the bank and alot more progress. Hopefully big boys get their fill and we can move up soon enough.
