So how many quarters of cash do we have left?
Yes we have cash in the bank but if that cash starts to dwindle, it'll be bullshit CR after bullshit CR until it falls into administration and shares are locked out. The only people that are hurt via this process are the average Joe investor. The board get their filthy fat paychecks regardless if the company proceeds or not.
How this is legal is beyond me but there is a real risk of that happening to us. Don't be fooled by the fluffy announcements that keep stringing us along so they can keep getting fed.
The proof is in the pudding and suprise suprise there hasn't been any pudding.
