    You ignore that Cn have restrictions on graphite exports in place, the US is slapping potentially 10-60% tarrifs on stuff out of Cn, most EU have issues with Cn and the way it competes. Indonesia is looking for a supply, as are Japanese, now the Saudi's and Korea needs the stuff.
