Comments from Madeleine King today appears to be referencing the establishment of the marketplace.

“While we have most of these minerals here in the ground, they are traded in thin, volatile markets or markets that are opaque and at risk of manipulation. It is important that we bolster the sector’s capabilities to detect, prevent and mitigate foreign interference. That’s why we are working with partner countries like the US, Japan and Korea to strengthen markets and supply chains.” (Link)

....and watch Trump smash China for doing things like state sponsorship or industries to make it uncompetitive.

We need our own mini Trump to help this. Albo isn't it.

Very smart move coming it seems, force China into operating in a tradable marketplace like other minerals such as gold, silver, copper, etc etc.
